I recently purchased a Stilknox jersey from Old School Clothing. The quality of the shirt itself is excellent, and when I visited the Hazelwood store to exchange it, the service was outstanding. The storeman was extremely helpful, the store was clean, neat, and well-presented, and the overall in-store experience was truly great.
However, the online shopping experience was very disappointing. I ordered an extra large but received an extra small, and despite noticing the issue immediately after the order confirmation, there was no way to get assistance or support to correct it before the order was dispatched. The lack of online support made the process frustrating and definitely needs improvement.
In summary, fantastic product quality and excellent in-store service — but the online support system requires serious attention.
