This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, refunds, and vouchers for purchases made from Old School. It is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent experience for all customers.
Customers have 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase to request a return, exchange, refund, or voucher, subject to the conditions set out below.
Please note that returns are not available on international orders at this time.
3.1 The return must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
3.2 Items must be returned in their original condition, being unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
3.3 Customers may elect to receive a refund, exchange, or voucher.
3.4 All returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
3.5 Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.6 Proof of purchase is required.
Old School reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, misuse, washing, damage, or alteration.
4.1 Should incorrect goods be received; notification must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Should your item display any signs of defect, you are required to notify us within 6 months of the purchase date.
4.2 The customer may choose between a full refund, exchange, or voucher.
4.3 Original shipping costs will be refunded.
4.4 Return courier costs will be covered by Old School.
4.5 Proof of purchase is required.
4.6 Old School will request photographic evidence prior to authorising the return.
5.1 Sale or promotional items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
5.2 If defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is eligible for a refund, exchange, or voucher.
5.3 If returned due to change of mind, the customer is eligible for an exchange or refund. All return fees will be the responsibility of the customer. All standard return conditions apply.
6.1 Returns can be initiated directly on our website via the Returns/Exchange tab under support. Once selected, you will be redirected to our Return portal, where you’ll be guided through each step of the process to complete your return or exchange quickly and easily.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the approved refund, exchange, or voucher will be processed.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date the returned item/items are received and approved.
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Washed, worn, altered, or used items
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase
- International orders
8.1 A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
8.2 Without proof of purchase, only a voucher may be issued at Old School’s discretion.
8.3 Unauthorised alterations invalidate return eligibility.
8.4 During major promotional events (including but not limited to Black Friday), return processing may commence once the promotional period concludes.
8.5 Old School will cover return shipping costs only for defective or incorrect products.
8.6 Old School reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
