Role Purpose:
The Warehouse Manager is accountable for the smooth, disciplined, and efficient running of the Old School warehouse operation. This role ensures that inbound, outbound, retail, and e-commerce activities are executed to standard through strong leadership, clear processes, and tight daily control.
While procurement and fulfilment are supported by dedicated roles, the Warehouse Manager owns the warehouse floor, ensures alignment between teams, and makes sure plans turn into action. This is a forward-thinking, high-discipline leadership role focused on consistency, cleanliness, and continuous improvement.

The Midweight Creative Project Manager is responsible for managing creative projects from brief to delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high creative standard. This role sits at the intersection of clients, creatives, and internal teams, translating ideas into action and keeping projects moving without compromising creativity.
The CPM understands how creative teams work, brings structure to the process, and ensures timelines, scope, and expectations are managed clearly and proactively.

Reports to: Creative Director
Role Purpose:
The Senior Videographer / Photographer (Editor) is responsible for leading the visual execution of Old School’s video and photography output from concept to final delivery. This role owns the full production pipeline: pre-production planning, filming, photography, and post-production editing across campaigns, brand storytelling, paid media, and internal content.
This is a senior, hands-on creative role within Old School’s growing in-house creative agency. The successful candidate will not only deliver exceptional visual content but will help shape how we think about, plan, and produce video and photography as a business.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and wider marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives, while also helping build scalable systems, workflows, and standards that raise the bar across the agency.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on set, decisive behind the camera, meticulous in post-production, and excited to take ownership of visual excellence end-to-end.
