Reports to: Head of DC Operations
Team size: ±20 warehouse staff
Works closely with: Procurement Stock Controller, Fulfilment Coordinator
Role Purpose:
The Warehouse Manager is accountable for the smooth, disciplined, and efficient running of the Old School warehouse operation. This role ensures that inbound, outbound, retail, and e-commerce activities are executed to standard through strong leadership, clear processes, and tight daily control.
While procurement and fulfilment are supported by dedicated roles, the Warehouse Manager owns the warehouse floor, ensures alignment between teams, and makes sure plans turn into action. This is a forward-thinking, high-discipline leadership role focused on consistency, cleanliness, and continuous improvement.

The Midweight Creative Project Manager is responsible for managing creative projects from brief to delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high creative standard. This role sits at the intersection of clients, creatives, and internal teams, translating ideas into action and keeping projects moving without compromising creativity.
The CPM understands how creative teams work, brings structure to the process, and ensures timelines, scope, and expectations are managed clearly and proactively.

Old School Brand | Product Team
We’re looking for a senior, product-focused designer to join our Product team at Old School Brand. This role is for someone who lives and breathes apparel – with deep knowledge of sports and lifestyle clothing, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to design ranges that sell, scale, and get worn.
This is not a “design it and move on” role. It’s about building product end-to-end – from concept to final garment – grounded in brand heritage, sports culture, and real-world use. You’ll design for fans, not just for screens.
You’ll work closely with our Product, Commercial, and Licensing teams to create men’s and unisex ranges that are unmistakably Old School: authentic, bold, and commercially sharp.
And yes – graphic design also matters here.
