How much does shipping cost?
Free local shipping applies to all orders over R1000. For orders below R1000, there is a standard shipping fee of R100 within South Africa.
When can I expect my delivery?
Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Delivery times vary, typically taking 2-4 business days for major cities like Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, and Durban.
Outlying areas may require an additional day or two. We will notify you promptly in case of any unexpected delays.
Is express delivery available?
Depending on capacity- we may offer express delivery as a choice upon
purchase of your product. This will come with an additional R50.00 delivery charge.
Please note- this is not an overnight option- and next day delivery is not
guaranteed. However- this should shave off a day or two compared to regular delivery depending on your location within South Africa.
Orders that are purchased as express will be prioritized on our end to be dispatched as soon as is possible.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link from Aramex if the shipment is within South Africa.
For international orders, you will be provided with a tracking link from DHL.
If you have not received a tracking link, kindly wait for up to one business day from the processing time before inquiring about it.
How does international shipping work?
We make use of DHL for our international orders.
Upon checkout and selection of destination- your international shipping cost will be calculated and charged to you.
IMPORTANT- We do not cover any of your local duties or taxes (if there are any) - this is for your own account.

Please ensure you check and understand your local duties and taxes before placing your order, again we will not pay for your local taxes or duties.
If you choose to not accept the duties or taxes after your package has left our premises, if the package is returned to us, you will be liable for all direct costs we incur, including but not limited to packaging, shipping, local vat and duties - often these packages are destroyed meaning you will be liable for the full amount.
Please make sure you are happy to pay the local taxes and duties before ordering from our site for international delivery.
International order tracking:
Through DHL, you can make use of their dedicated On demand Delivery system that can give all the necessary details that you need. You choose the country of origin and provide your waybill number via their https://www.ondemand.dhl.com/ website.
Shipping time estimates:
We use DHL for all of our international shipping, which averages 4-9 working days.
Please note during busy periods it can take us 24-72 hours to prepare your order for dispatch from our warehouse.
Changing delivery address post order being placed:
With DHL shipments, this can be done at any time via the DHL website using your tracking number. If you are making a drastic change, such as a country or state, this must be done before we ship the product out.
International exchanges and returns:
Given the expense and complexity involved in facilitating a cross border return or exchange- at this stage we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
