I ordered this jersey for my husband as a Christmas gift. I did not open it when it arrived since i wanted him to be the first to open it on Christmas Eve...when he opened it we saw that it had no emblem on it.
I have sent TWO emails to "support" and have as of today still not gotten ANY FEEDBACK or ANY RESPONSE as to how we can go about fixing this situation.

We placed and paid for two jerseys online, an Old School Bull one and a ladies Springbok one. However, we only received the Bull Jerseys and not the Springbok one with Aramex (ODS93163246)on 22 December 25. We sent follow up email’s /phoned and Whatsup with no respond. This is unacceptable! At the end we had to buy another one in store because it was a Christmas gift for my daughter!
Can I please get assistance as to why the Springbok jersey was not delivered as it was ordered together.
I want a refund for that jersey please.

Terrible experience with the online order. After a week my order was refunded. I had to reorder just to find out that my first order did go through. I paid R4000 and still don’t know if I actually received my refund. It was just a disappointment.

Most local deliveries within South Africa arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. International deliveries are between 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to selected countries. You will be quoted a rate by one of our international shipping partners at checkout. Old School is not responsible for additional taxes or duties incurred by international shipments, these are payable by the customer.
