The product is fine - in fact, more than fine. THe ordering process was very disappointing. Its rather bad that you cannot phone the online team to follow up and DM's on social and emails are ignored. I was ready to go very public with how pathetic the service was until I eventually got hold of someone at your Hazeldean branch (Cogi - not sure of spelling) who was absolutely brilliant and restored my faith in the brand (a brand with whom I have spent over R50k in 2025 for corporate and personal gifting).

How long does delivery take?
Most local deliveries within South Africa arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. International deliveries are between 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to selected countries. You will be quoted a rate by one of our international shipping partners at checkout. Old School is not responsible for additional taxes or duties incurred by international shipments, these are payable by the customer.
