I don’t have a rugby jersey to show off. It was delivered to a PostNet 1 500km away from me, over a week ago, despite listing a residential address for delivery.

I love old school's products. This time i did not receive the order i wanted. The size ordered was not in stock and i was refunded. I asked if it comes back into stock i would still like the top... No response. And yet the top is online up for sale.
My next order i received today. One top missing. I send an email, because there is no number to phone, still no reply?!

Order this on the early black Friday deals. Received the wrong item, sent an email to return the package. Got a quick reply with a waybill at aramex to return, with a promise as soos as they received the wrong item they will dispatch the new one. This was on December 2nd and I still haven’t received my order. I keep sending emails and no reply.

Poor line of communication. I purchased items from Old School on the 25th November and got a confirmation of Acknowledgement of purchased. Today is the 5th of December I haven't received any sort of communication. The order exceeded the number of days (5_7) agreed upon

Long sleeve shirt fits perfectly and very comfortable but do take note if you want to order a short sleeve shit you need to take a size higher than the size your wear cause it fits very tight and to be honest I am not very happy about it but as far as I know there isn't a return policy to exchange because it was bought on black friday. Also had to wait a week and 3 days for my order to be delivered to me where delivery states 2-4 business days and I live in SA as well...

How long does delivery take?
Most local deliveries within South Africa arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. International deliveries are between 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to selected countries. You will be quoted a rate by one of our international shipping partners at checkout. Old School is not responsible for additional taxes or duties incurred by international shipments, these are payable by the customer.
How do I return or exchange an item?
