About the Role
As Head of Performance, you will report to Stef (Chief Marketing Officer and Co-
founder) and lead all aspects of paid advertising, digital strategy, data analytics,
and performance marketing. Your goal? To scale revenue, optimise ROI, and turn
data into actionable insights that drive success across all digital channels.


Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing & Paid Media:


● Develop and execute a high-impact paid media strategy across Meta, Google,
TikTok, and emerging platforms.
● Optimise ad spend efficiency to drive growth, engagement, and revenue.
● Continuously test and iterate on ad creative, audience segmentation, and bidding
strategies.
Analytics & Conversion Optimisation:
● Own and analyse key performance metrics across all digital marketing
channels.
● Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer
acquisition costs.
● Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
E-Commerce Growth & Funnel Optimization:
● Improve the customer journey from ad click to checkout, ensuring seamless
experiences.
● Develop retargeting strategies to maximise customer retention and lifetime
value.
● Work closely with the Email & Retention Marketing Specialist to boost repeat
purchases.


Collaboration & Leadership:

● Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
● Collaborate with Stef and the marketing team to align performance goals with
brand objectives.
● Lead and mentor a team, driving a culture of data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
● 5+ years experience in performance marketing, paid media, or e-commerce
growth.
● Proven track record of scaling paid ad campaigns with strong ROAS.
● Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging
platforms.
● Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, attribution models, and
marketing analytics.
● Experience in A/B testing, CRO, and digital funnel optimisation.
● Passion for sports, lifestyle, and culture-driven brands.

We’re Hiring: Garment Technologist

Location: Hybrid (Somerset-West HQ + WFH)
Department: Product
Reports to: Head of Product

Old School is on the lookout for a Garment Technologist to join our fast-growing product team. If you live and breathe fit, quality, and technical excellence - and want to help bring top-tier garments to life - we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

As Garment Technologist, you’ll play a key role in transforming product ideas into high-performing, well-constructed, and consistent garments. From fit development and quality assurance to supplier communication and production problem-solving - you’ll be the technical backbone of our product process.

You’ll collaborate closely with our design, buying, and manufacturing teams to ensure that every product we release meets our standards and exceeds customer expectations.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Technical Development & Fit

  • Own the creation of tech packs and product specs for all styles.
  • Lead fit sessions and ensure all garments align with sizing and grading standards.
  • Provide expert input on construction, fabrication, trims, and finishings.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Set, document, and enforce QA processes and quality benchmarks.
  • Analyse test reports and ensure fabric and construction meet durability and performance needs.
  • Oversee quality control processes for bulk orders and production runs.

Supplier Communication & Process Improvement

  • Provide clear feedback to suppliers and manufacturers during sample development.
  • Identify and solve production issues, making confident final calls on quality and construction.
  • Onboard new suppliers to Old School’s technical and quality standards.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers to translate creative vision into technically sound garments.
  • Partner with buying and warehouse teams on bulk checks, returns, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product and merch team to align product quality with brand goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Textiles, or Garment Technology.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Garment Technologist or Technical Developer role.
  • Deep understanding of garment construction, fit, and grading.
  • Solid experience working with fabric testing reports and QA documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised approach to product development.
  • Excellent communication skills - especially in supplier collaboration.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and working knowledge of PLM or tech pack systems.
  • Ability to work fast, juggle multiple projects, and keep quality high at all times.
