B2B Exchange and Returns Policy

1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items

• If an item is defective , damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will offer an exchange.
• You must notify us within 30 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange.
• Return shipping costs for defective/incorrect items will be covered by Old School.

2. How to Return an Item

• Email hyundai@oldschool.co.za within the return window, including your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
• Once the return is authorized, follow the return instructions provided.
• Once received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless defective, the following are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Washed, used, worn, or altered items
