Win a braai with Dricus Competition: Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
The competition is open to residents of South Africa only.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
How to Enter:
Participants must send a video of themselves sending Dricus a supportive message in their home language todricus@oldschool.co.za. Participants must also share their videos on their social media channels.
Submission Guidelines:
All submissions must be original content created by the participants.
Participants agree to Old School using their photos/videos for promotional purposes.
Selection of Winners:
The winner will be selected by Dricus du Plessis.
Judging criteria will include creativity.
Prize:
The winner will win a braai experience with Dricus Du Plessis.
The date and location of the braai will be determined by Dricus du Plessis.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Notification of Winners:
The winning person will be notified via Instagram story and direct message within a month of Dricus returning to South Africa from Australia.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Dricus du Plessis reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
General:
By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Old School reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
Participants agree to indemnify Old School against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.
Data Protection:
Personal data collected during the competition will be used solely to administer the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Limitation of Liability:
Old School accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
1. Can I change my order? Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes.
2. Can a store keep a product aside for me if it is sold out online? We cannot hold products during the Black Friday period (27 Nov – 1 Dec 2025).
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Please allow up to 10 days for dispatch, and 2–5 days for delivery from the day the courier collects.
4. When an item is out of stock, will it be made available again? Once an item is marked out of stock on the website, there will be no further releases of that item.
5. Can I reserve items in my cart? No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Stock is only allocated for 5 minutes.
6. Can I use my gift card during Black Friday? Yes, you can use your online gift voucher to complete your purchase.
7. What happens when I receive an ‘Out of Stock’ email? Due to high order volumes and fast-moving stock, discrepancies can occur. If an item is unavailable, our customer service team will process a refund for the out-of-stock item.
8. How long does a refund take to reflect? Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
9. Can I cancel my order? Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order. .
How does sizing work?
We offer sizes ranging from Small to 4XL for men and XSmall to Large for women.
Our products typically fit true to size, but if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend going up one size.

By paying with your qualifying Discovery Bank card, you automatically qualify to earn rewards.
2. Who qualifies for this benefit? You qualify for this campaign if you are a Discovery Bank primary accountholder with a Discovery Bank Transaction Account with bundled fees, Discovery Bank Credit Card Account or Discovery Bank Suite.
3. How do I earn Discovery Miles when shopping at Old School?
Pay in full upfront using your physical or virtual Discovery Bank card when you checkout (note that Payflex or PayJustNow purchases are not eligible).
Your spend will be tracked, and 20% of the transaction value will be allocated in the primary accountholder’s Ðiscovery Miles Account automatically, in Điscovery Miles.
4. When will my Điscovery Miles be allocated? Điscovery Miles are automatically allocated to the Ðiscovery Miles Account in your Discovery Bank app after your qualifying purchase at Old School is completed and processed.
5. Are there any exclusions? All products and promotional offers qualify for Điscovery Miles.
6. How does shipping work on Discovery Bank campaign purchases? All purchases made through Old School’s online store are subject to our standard shipping and delivery policies. Discovery Bank campaign purchases do not change shipping rates, delivery times, or free shipping thresholds.
